Buying fasteners from Taiwan?
of US fastener imports by value come from Taiwan, more than from any other country.
Fastener World, 2025 trade dataWe're tied into the fastener industry in Gangshan and know how the factories there keep their records. Two rules now make those records your problem.
Section 232, United States
Steel fasteners are on the derivatives list. Your entry needs the country of melt and pour and the value of the steel content, and that paper often sits with your supplier's wire rod mill. We go and get it.
CBAM, European Union
Since January 2026, EU importers of fasteners report actual emissions per supplier, or pay on default values. We collect the production and energy data from the factory and get it ready for your verifier.
We don't issue CBAM verification statements or customs rulings. We get the data out of the factory and line up the accredited verifier or broker you choose.

Questions buyers ask us
How fast can you get to a factory?
Greater Taipei is usually the next business day. Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung are usually within two business days. Tell us your deadline and we'll say up front whether we can meet it.
Do you work for the supplier or for me?
For you. We don't take commissions from suppliers, and we tell you before the job if we have any relationship with the factory you're sending us to.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than quoted?
We stop and ask. Nothing outside the agreed scope gets billed unless you approve it in writing first.
Can you handle technical jobs?
Yes, within reason. We read drawings, use calipers and thread gauges, and can work with your engineer on a video call. When a job needs a certified lab or a licensed inspector, we arrange one and stay on site with them.
What if the supplier won't let you in?
That's useful to know before you pay them. We report exactly what happened, with photos from the gate, and bill only the time spent.
